This involves provision of full Interior Design service from the project conceptualization, design development upto the (drawings) approval stage. Deluxe Interiors has specialized mainly in Space Planning of this mode of service whereby it involves confirmation of site measurements, discussion of project scope with the client in terms of his/her tastes & preferences and finally budgeting on the proposed works.
DESIGN & BUILD / CONSTRUCTION
Deluxe Interiors offers the prospective client the chance to mandate the firm to undertake the Interior Design consultancy stage plus the entire construction of the proposed work such that the responsibilities lie with the firm. This mode ensures that the construction ‘stress’ is shifted from the client to the firm.
GENERAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This service involves the proper scheduling, organisation and control of the client’s resources to achieve set objectives of certain Interior Construction projects. Deluxe Interiors act as the client’s representative in overseeing the project to completion hence a link between the client and approved contractor(s).
